Fully automated SMT lines from leading manufacturers handle precision soldering of PCB boards, ensuring consistent quality at high throughput. All boards pass AOI optical inspection before moving to the next stage.

Skilled technicians assemble components onto the PCBAs, including sensor modules, IR cut filters, and power management ICs. Each assembly is visually inspected and electrically tested.

Every camera module undergoes precise lens alignment and sensor calibration. Our proprietary software optimizes white balance, exposure, and focus parameters for consistent image quality across all units.

Housings are sealed with IP-rated gaskets and assembled with the calibrated modules. Cable routing, bracket mounting, and accessory packing follow standardized SOPs to ensure uniformity.

Every camera undergoes 24–48 hours of continuous burn-in testing under simulated operating conditions. This screens for early-life failures and ensures long-term reliability in the field.

Products are professionally packed with custom foam inserts and export-grade cartons. Each batch includes QC documentation, user manuals, and accessory kits before final dispatch.
